Nephrology Dr. Khan is a board-qualified Nephrologist practicing with this practice since 2008. Dr. Khan also works at several East Valley hospitals including Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and the Banner health facilities. Dr. Khan completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 2007 at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn NY. Previous Next David is originally from Illinois and relocated to the Phoenix area in 2016. He holds a BSN from The University of St. Francis in IL. His MSN, with a concentration in education, was achieved at Grand Canyon University in 2020. David harbors a passion for education, considering it a fundamental component of healthcare for both patients and staff. In May 2023, he accomplished a significant milestone by receiving a Post Master's FNP degree from Grand Canyon University. During his studies, David undertook rotations in cardiology, endocrinology, and primary care medicine.
