She has cared for patients from all walks of life during their most vulnerable times. Marion earned her Master’s degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Psychiatry at Walden University. She has gained rewarding and relevant experience during her clinical rotations at various mental health facilities. She is fluent in Tagalog and is familiar with the Asian culture. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner’s degree from the University of Phoenix in 2021. Her specialty clinical rotations included Endocrinology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Women’s Health which empowers her to provide comprehensive care for her patients. Born and raised in Hawaii, Tanya encompasses her Aloha spirit to ensure each patient is part of the AMA Ohana (family) and strives to provide compassionate, quality care for her patients to live their best and healthiest life. It is not known if SPRAVATO® is safe or effective as an anesthetic medicine. It is not known if SPRAVATO® is safe and effective for use in preventing suicide or in reducing suicidal thoughts or actions. SPRAVATO® is not for use in place of hospitalization if your healthcare provider determines that hospitalization is needed, even if improvement is experienced after the first dose of SPRAVATO®. It is not known if SPRAVATO® is safe and effective in children. What is Spravato? INDICATIONS SPRAVATO® is indicated, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, for the treatment of: Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior Limitations Of Use The effectiveness of SPRAVATO in preventing suicide or in reducing suicidal ideation or behavior has not been demonstrated [see Clinical Studies]. Use of SPRAVATO does not preclude the need for hospitalization if clinically warranted, even if patients experience improvement after an initial dose of SPRAVATO. Healthcare providers may define the term “treatment-resistant depression” differently. In the SPRAVATO® clinical trials, treatment-resistant depression was diagnosed in adults who were struggling with major depressive disorder and had not responded adequately to at least two different antidepressants of adequate dose and duration in the current depressive episode.
